The Smarter Services Executive Symposium is the industry's premier event for leaders in service, support, and customer experience for the purpose of learning, networking, and progressing their business transformations. Past speakers and brands have represented Abbott, Cisco, Disney, Hewlett-Packard, Safelite Autoglass, Xerox, Zappos, and more leading service organizations.
The 6th Annual Smarter Services Symposium will be held Sept 11-13 2017 at the Westin Chicago River North in downtown Chicago, IL. This year's theme is "Invigorating Service Journeys." The focus of the event will be to provide an unparalleled opportunity for business leaders in service and customer management to learn, share ideas, and network. The event will be held over three days (two half days and one full day).

Who should attend?
The Service Council Team welcomes thought leaders, industry pioneers, and practitioner executives (director-level +) who oversee functions of service and customer management. Some of the functions represented will include:

Technology vendors and consultants are not allowed at this event. Registration will be refunded for technology vendors or consultants (service fees will not be refunded). If you are a technology vendor or consultant, please contact the TSC team directly for more information on how you can get involved with research and events.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds will be provided for any unqualified registrant excluding any service fees incurred (credit card, processing fee). For qualified registrants, we request you transfer your ticket to a colleague. Passes transferable upon approval by TSC but must be used for the 2017 Smarter Services Symposium.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can update your registration profile up until the day of the event. All cancellations must be processed 30 days prior to the event.
